LEGISLATION WATCH- The executive regulations to the NGOs Law are ready and will be issued \u201cwithin days,\u201d<\/strong> an unnamed Social Solidarity Ministry source tells Al Mal<\/a>. According to the source, the regulations \u2014 which should have been issued by last July \u2014 are expected to clarify several parts of the contentious law. Parliament had signed off on the bill, which forbids NGOs from participating in political activities and requires organizations to receive government approval prior to receiving foreign funding, back in 2016<\/a>. President Abdel Fattah El Sisi signed it into law last May<\/a>.
