He seems to attribute the delay to the government and parliament not seeing eye to eye on the amount. While the Housing Ministry wants to set a fee of 25% of the property\u2019s value, the committee wants fees lowered to 5-10%, he added. The committee will also explore another proposal which could see a pricing formula be set, which factors in land value.
