Both SODIC and MNHD expect it could take approximately two months to complete an initial assessment of how the businesses might be combined and what the transaction mechanism could look like. MNHD has tapped EFG Hermes as advisor and Zaki Hashem & Partners as legal counsel. SODIC has yet to appoint counsel.
