CIHC intends to sell 1.5% of its 6.5% stake in the fertilizers producer \u2014 which is set to see as much as 30% of its shares offered on the bourse in December as part of the state\u2019s privatization program \u2014 and 4.5% of its stake in Eastern Company.<\/p>\n<p><strong>State-owned investment bank NI Capital is set to launch a limited tender to investment bank to select a bookrunner and manager for the transaction soon<\/strong>, as well as a legal advisor, according to Mostafa. Heliopolis for Housing and Development, the Alexandria Mineral Oils Company (AMOC), and the Alexandria Container and Cargo Handling (ACCH) are also preparing to sell more shares on the before year\u2019s end. A <u><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.press\/stories\/2018\/07\/24\/govt-unveils-timeline-of-first-wave-of-state-privatization-program\/\">second wave of companies<\/a><\/u> is expected to follow in 1Q2019.<\/p>\n<p>On a related note,<strong> AMOC says it plans to double its investments this year to EGP 3 bn<\/strong>, from EGP 1.5 bn, as the company continues to expand and implement upgrades, Chairman Amr Moustafa said on Thursday, <u><a href=\"http:\/\/almalnews.com\/Story\/384020\/11\/%C2%AB%D8%A3%D9%85%D9%88%D9%83%C2%BB-%D8%AA%D8%B9%D8%AA%D8%B2%D9%85-%D8%B1%D9%81%D8%B9-%D8%A7%D8%B3%D8%AA%D8%AB%D9%85%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%AA-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%B9%D8%A7%D9%85-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AD%D8%A7%D9%84%D9%89-%D8%A5%D9%84%D9%89-3-%D9%85%D9%84%D9%8A%D8%A7%D8%B1%D8%A7%D8%AA-%D8%AC%D9%86%D9%8A%D9%87\">Al Mal also reports<\/a><\/u>. This includes the company\u2019s USD 500 mn oil refinery project, whose details will be made public by the end of August as soon as Dutch company Fluor completes feasibility studies and arrives at a final investment cost and financing options, Moustafa said.
