The firm told Abraaj \u2014 which is liquidating and undergoing a court-ordered restructuring after allegations surfaced about the misallocation of funds \u2014 that \u201cit would pay USD 30 mn to buy the rights to manage Abraaj\u2019s funds and USD 25 mn to cover the company\u2019s costs and end-of-service payments for employees,\u201d according to the sources.
