The Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company will reportedly announce next month the names of the companies who qualified for the tender to develop a 600 MW solar plant in the West Nile Delta, according to unnamed company officials<\/a>. The contract for the project will likely be awarded to more than one company, all with a proven track record of similar projects, under a 25-year usufruct agreement and a BOO framework.
