Trump and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau both said late yesterday that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/9d410eac-abad-11e8-94bd-cba20d67390c\">an agreement by Friday may be possible<\/a>.\/<\/p>\n<p><strong>Emerging markets are bracing for the impact of more problems out of Argentina<\/strong>, where \u201cthe International Monetary Fund has agreed to revise the terms of its USD 50 bn Argentina bailout package as the peso suffered its biggest tumble in almost three years, sending the currency to a record low,\u201d the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/042189e0-ab8f-11e8-89a1-e5de165fa619\">Financial Times<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Turkey is adding fuel to the fire: <\/strong>The Turkish lira <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ft.com\/content\/3e77acfa-ab94-11e8-89a1-e5de165fa619\">dropped more than 3%<\/a> against the USD yesterday, \u201cleading losses across emerging markets,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/emerging-markets\/emerging-markets-turkeys-lira-tumbles-after-moodys-warning-finmin-comments-idUSL8N1VK1EE\">Reuters says<\/a>.
