IPO WATCH- CIRA to kick off international IPO roadshow next week:<\/strong> Cairo Investment and Real Estate Development (CIRA) is planning to kick off next week its international roadshow for its upcoming IPO, sources close to the matter said yesterday<\/a>. The leading private-sector education outfit is specifically eyeing markets in the Gulf, Europe, and South Africa, according to the sources. CIRA had announced on Monday<\/a> its plans to list a 37.48% stake on the EGX, with the transaction set to include both an international private placement and a retail offering here in Egypt.<\/p>\n

Advisers: EFG Hermes<\/strong> is sole global coordinator and bookrunner for the transaction. Al Tamimi & Co.<\/strong> is acting as the issuer\u2019s local counsel, while Zulficar & Partners<\/strong> is domestic counsel to the underwriter.
