The Finance Ministry is planning to launch a tender for the construction of the USD 100 mn Six October dry port project next month, according to a ministry statement<\/a>. The contract for the project, which will be developed under a PPP framework, is expected to be signed by 4Q2018. The Transport Ministry announced in June the list of qualifying consortias<\/a>, which include Elsewedy Group, Germany\u2019s Schenker, and Cairo 3A.
