Minister of Civil Aviation Younis El Masry approved on Saturday the establishment of a construction joint venture with a focus on airports and air travel, according to a ministry statement<\/a>. The company will be 60% owned by the public sector and 40% held by private companies. Shareholders will include The Egyptian Airports Company and Cairo Airport Company as well as Orascom Construction and Archirodon.
