The offering, on which EFG acted as sole global coordinator and bookrunner, saw DGC shareholders offer 40% of the company at OMR 0.225 per share to a \u201cdiversified and healthy investor mix that goes beyond the pool of retail investors and local institutions,\u201d according to an EFG press release (pdf)<\/a>. Bank Dhofar was issue manager for the sale.
