The top five are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CIB<\/li>\n<li>QNB Alahli<\/li>\n<li>Elsewedy Electric<\/li>\n<li>Telecom Egypt<\/li>\n<li>Orascom Construction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Our top two firms also made Forbes\u2019 regional ranking:<\/strong> CIB came in at 51 in Forbes\u2019 ranking of companies in the MENA region, while QNB Alahli was at 89.
