Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly has formed a committee to amend the controversial NGOs Act,<\/strong> as per President Abdel Fattah El Sisi\u2019s order earlier this month, Masaa DMC\u2019s Osama Kamal and Yahduth fi Masr\u2019s Sherif Amer noted (watch, runtime: 1:31<\/a> and runtime: 1:12<\/a>).
