Charlie Croker, a charismatic real estate tycoon based in Atlanta, has enjoyed years of<\/strong> unchecked success and indulgence.<\/strong> But his empire comes crashing down when the bank calls in nearly USD 1 bn of loans, declaring him bankrupt due to mismanagement.<\/p>\n
