Al Baraka appoints COO:<\/strong> Al Baraka Bank has appointed Moataz Elkasaby (LinkedIn<\/a>)as its chief operating officer, the bank said in a press release (pdf)<\/a>. Elkasaby\u2019s career spans nearly thirty years in the traditional and Islamic banking sectors in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar including key positions at the Central Bank of Egypt, CIB, Citibank, and the Arab National Bank.
