Concrete Fashion Group has a new IR head:<\/strong> Our friends at Concrete Fashion Group for Commercial and Industrial Investment have appointed Nourhan Zaazou (LinkedIn<\/a>) as investor relation manager, the company said in an EGX disclosure (pdf)<\/a>. Zaazou was Arafa Holding\u2019s investor relations manager for almost five years before the group\u2019s demerger. She first joined the group as an investor relations officer in 2013, following four years with the EGX as a financial analyst. <\/p>\n

Subsidiary GTEX Holding also named its IR head:<\/strong> GTEX Holding has appointed Moustafa Habib as its IR head, according to an EGX disclosure (pdf)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Remember: <\/strong>The two companies are the product of a demerger at Arafa Holding that took place last month.<\/p>\n
