WEATHER- It\u2019s a foggy morning in Cairo. <\/strong>You may want to leave for work a tad earlier than usual as the Egyptian Meteorological Authority sees foggy skies across Greater Cairo from 4-9am<\/a>. The capital is in for a high of 29\u00b0C and a low of 18\u00b0C, according to our favorite weather app.<\/p>\n

HAPPENING THIS WEEK-<\/p>\n

<\/a> President Abdel Fattah El Sisi will officially begin his third term <\/strong>when he takes the constitutional oath before the House of Representatives at the new administrative capital.<\/p>\n

Tuesday\u2019s inauguration will see the presidency begin its move to the new capital<\/strong>, Administrative Capital for Urban Development CEO Khaled Abbas confirmed yesterday.<\/p>\n

Get ready for a cabinet shuffle?<\/strong> El Sisi\u2019s new term is likely to start with some new faces at the helm of some of the country\u2019s ministries and other government bodies. Cue the rumor mill.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A vice president? <\/strong>There is talk that the government could appoint one or more vice presidents to accompany El Sisi during his third term, well-connected MP and TV presenter Mostafa Bakry said. (watch, runtime: 6:02<\/a>). <\/p>\n

The economics ministry resurrection? <\/strong>There is also \u201cserious deliberation\u201d on resurrecting the economics ministry, Bakry added.The Economics Ministry was scrapped during Mubarak\u2019s time in 2001 but it remained part of the government\u2019s fabric, with most of its function redistributed across several ministries, including the Planning and Economic Development Ministry currently held by Hala El Said. Youssef Boutros Ghali was the last to hold the position of Economics Minister. <\/p>\n
