The issuance came in two tranches, both rated P1 by the Middle East Rating and Investors Service (MERIS).<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><strong>Advisors:<\/strong> CI Capital, Aur Capital, and the Arab African International Bank acted as lead arrangers, issuance managers, and financial advisors.
