Political experts take over the airwaves: <\/strong>From Israeli studies professor Mohamed Aboud and the Arab League\u2019s Hossam Zaki to former foreign minister Nabil Fahmy, everyone had something to say about the situation in Gaza. <\/p>\n

The Arab League is meeting on Saturday: <\/strong>Arab foreign ministers are getting together tomorrow ahead of the Arab League\u2019s emergency meeting scheduled for Saturday, Arab League Assistant Secretary-General Hossam Zaki told El Hadidi (watch, runtime: 17:33<\/a>). \u201cThe final decision will have the basic outline of the Arab political stance regarding the war in Gaza, which will cover issues like the need for a ceasefire and the need to prevent the displacement of Gazans,\u201d he added. The meeting comes after host country Saudi Arabia postponed<\/a> the fifth edition of the Arab-African Summit initially scheduled for Saturday and it will be followed by an extraordinary Islamic Summit hosted by the Organization of Islamic Cooperation<\/a>.<\/p>\n
