While pho is their star dish, there are plenty of reasons to explore the rest of the menu. But first, a disclaimer: If you have nut allergies, tread lightly around Vietnamese cuisine \u2014 peanuts are often used in their dishes, and many of them are cooked in peanut oil. Now back to the good stuff. Wings fans, try their fried sweet and savory Pok Pok wings. If you\u2019re looking for something healthier, check out their Goi Ga, a filling salad containing chicken, cabbage, peanuts, and shallots.
