The new electronic system will allow citizens to be directly linked to the service providers through their phone numbers and payments can be made via Meeza, a national debit card the government plans to roll out next year.<\/p>\n

One public service that is now available online: Requesting a travel permit from the military<\/b>. The Armed Forces have launched an online service through which men can apply and pay for travel permits (watch, runtime: 4:04<\/a>).<\/p>\n
