Amazon\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.payfort.com\/\">PayFort<\/a> also announced it has partnered with CIB to allow Meeza holders to shop online through PayFort\u2019s contracted retailers, PayFort Managing Director Omar Soudodi said, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.almalnews.com\/Story\/404112\/12\/%D8%A8%D9%8A%D9%81%D9%88%D8%B1%D8%AA-%D8%AA%D8%AA%D9%8A%D8%AD-%D9%85%D8%B2%D8%A7%D9%8A%D8%A7-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%AA%D8%B3%D9%88%D9%82-%D8%A7%D9%84%D8%A5%D9%84%D9%83%D8%AA%D8%B1%D9%88%D9%86%D9%8A-%D9%84%D8%AD%D8%A7%D9%85%D9%84%D9%8A-%D8%A8%D8%B7%D8%A7%D9%82%D8%A7%D8%AA--%D9%85%D9%8A%D8%B2%D8%A9-\">according to Al Mal<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"content-anchor\" id=\"tldr-story-07\"><\/a> <b>House to discuss Local Governance Act \u201cwithin days\u201d:<\/b> The House of Representatives is expected to discuss and vote on the long-awaited Local Governance Act in a plenary session within the next few days,Local Development Minister Mahmoud Shaarawy said, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.shorouknews.com\/news\/view.aspx?cdate=22122018&id=19d44a81-ef5b-487a-b8a9-f2a467606ec8\">according to Al Shorouk<\/a>. The law, if passed, would set the stage for local council and municipal elections in Egypt. The law also stipulates that governors and their deputies resign from their posts at the beginning of a new presidential term.<\/p>\n<p><b>Parliament will only get around to discussing the SMEs Act once it gets through the Local Governance Act<\/b>, but both pieces of legislation should see the light during the current legislative session, Rep.
