An earlier report<\/a> had indicated that the first consortium included the Military Production Ministry, Malaysia\u2019s Scomi Group<\/a> and the UAE\u2019s Arabtec Construction<\/a>, the second included Arab Contractors, Orascom Construction and Canada\u2019s Bombardier while the third included China Railway Construction Corporation<\/a> (CRCC<\/a>), CRRC Corporation Limited<\/a> and local contractors Concorde<\/a> and Samco<\/a>.
