The <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.press\/stories\/2018\/12\/05\/finmin-to-draft-new-amendments-to-ppp-law\/\">proposed amendments<\/a>, which the Finance Ministry began drafting <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.press\/stories\/2018\/12\/05\/finmin-to-draft-new-amendments-to-ppp-law\/\">earlier this month<\/a> and which now go to the Council of State for review, are designed to make it easier to implement infrastructure, public services and utility projects under the PPP framework, Minister Mohamed Maait said. The bill would speed-up tenders, allow bidders to submit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.investopedia.com\/terms\/u\/unsolicited-bid.asp\">unsolicited proposals<\/a> and make single-supplier contracts possible.
