Egyptian actor and opera legend Hassan Kamy died on Friday at the age of 82,<\/b> Reuters reported<\/a>. Kamy joined the Cairo Conservatory in the 1950s before studying to be an opera singer in Italy. Throughout his career, Kamy performed in more than 270 operas worldwide and starred in several Egyptian films<\/a> and TV shows before retiring in 2001.
