In Egypt, there are an estimated 100,000 people with Down syndrome.<\/p>\n

Khaled is not the first presenter with a disability to hit the smalls screen:<\/b> visually impaired Radwa Hassan also made her first appearance on DMC\u2019s El-Safira Aziza earlier this year (watch, runtime: 3:21<\/a>).<\/p>\n
