The move is a \u201cswipe at the group\u2019s de facto leader Saudi Arabia,\u201d Reuters<\/a> adds. The move came as the province of Alberta, the key oil producer in Canada (the world\u2019s fifth-largest oil producer), ordered production cuts for the first time since the 1980s<\/a>.<\/p>\n
