The report, which analyzed over 172 mn interactions, shows key differences in the use of social media by country, with Snapchat and Twitter particularly popular in Saudi Arabia due to the privacy they afford. Facebook remains dominant in Egypt and the UAE, where it has 40 mn and 8.8 mn users respectively.
