The company <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.press\/stories\/2018\/12\/16\/hassan-allam-aims-to-offer-30-35-of-shares-in-1h2019\/\">had been testing the waters<\/a> for a possible 1H2019 offering in what some expected to be Egypt\u2019s largest IPO since the end of 2016.
