Falih was speaking ahead of today\u2019s meeting of OPEC plus 10 large non-member producers who are cutting crude production, but who are also split on whether the cuts should stay in place until the end of this year. <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2019-03-17\/saudis-say-opec-will-do-what-s-needed-to-keep-market-balanced?srnd=premium-middle-east\">Bloomberg<\/a><\/u> and the <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/opec-russia-deepen-oil-output-cuts-but-disagree-on-their-duration-11552860517\">Wall Street Journal<\/a><\/u> have the story.<\/p>\n<p><b>From Planet Finance: Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank confirmed <\/b><b><u><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.press\/stories\/2019\/03\/10\/what-were-tracking-on-10-march-2019\/\">reports<\/a><\/u><\/b><b> last week that they\u2019re in merger talks.<\/b> The two are the largest listed German banks. \u201cA merged bank is likely to rank as the third largest in Europe behind HSBC and BNP Paribas,\u201d <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/us-commerzbank-m-a-deutsche-bank\/deutsche-bank-and-commerzbank-go-public-on-merger-talks-idUSKCN1QY0B4\">Reuters<\/a><\/u> notes. Ten-year bonds have been moving within an 11.6 basis points range, one of the narrowest bands ever recorded, which reflects how stable the market has been.
