The companies signing the MOUs included solar energy developer <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hevelsolar.com\/en\/\">Hevel Solar<\/a>, fertilizer manufacturer <a href=\"http:\/\/eng.betaren.ru\/\">Schelkovo Agrohim<\/a>, metallurgy company <a href=\"http:\/\/en.metprom.net\/about\/\">Metprom<\/a> \u2014 which plans to build a steel factory \u2014 agricultural engineering company <a href=\"http:\/\/www.agroidea.ru\/\">Agroidea<\/a>, and Eco Technical Center, which produces fertilizers from waste and operates in land reclamation.
