Who made the list? <\/b>Carbon Holdings (widely believed to be looking at LSE as part of its planned IPO), Cairo Three A, Eagle Chemical Group, KarmSolar, Fawry, and German Medical Healthcare Corporation were among those highlighted in the report. Some 360 companies from 32 countries made the list. All are privately held and must have annual turnover of less than USD 1 bn to make the ranking.
