LEGISLATION WATCH- House approves bill setting up council for persons with disabilities: <\/b>The House of Representatives\u2019 general assembly approved yesterday legislation to establish the National Council for Persons with Disabilities, according to Youm7<\/a>. The 19-member body replaces the National Council for Disability Affairs and is responsible for creating better conditions for the disabled. Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly had also issued last month the executive regulations<\/a> to the recently enacted Disabilities Act.
