Nineteen Russian companies are interested in taking part in Egypt\u2019s USD 7 bn Russian Industrial Zone, <\/b>Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said yesterday in a joint press conference with his Egyptian counterpart Sameh Shoukry in Moscow, Youm7 reported.<\/a> Russian Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov said earlier this year<\/a> that 20 Russian companies are keen to establish facilities in the economic zone.<\/p>\n

The two ministers also discussed preparations for the <\/b>Russia-Africa Summit<\/b><\/a> scheduled to take place in Sochi this October, according to an Ittihadiya statement<\/a>. The gathering will be co-chaired by President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and Russia\u2019s Vladimir Putin.
