Both sides <a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.press\/stories\/2019\/04\/14\/egypt-secures-usd-200-mn-world-bank-sme-loan-during-spring-meetings\/\">agreed on the loan<\/a> during the IMF and World Bank Spring Meetings in April.
