Egypt has dismissed the report as \u201cgroundless,\u201d<\/b> with Armed Forces spokesman Tamer El Refaie telling state news agency MENA<\/a> that the organization \u201cis seeking to tarnish the image of Egypt and its army.\u201d<\/p>\n
