Founding Partner Mahmoud Moharram (bio<\/a>) will now be taking the lead on \u201ca number of practice areas within the firm\u2019s corporate and transactional practices.\u201d<\/p>\n

The firm <\/b>also announced<\/b><\/a> it has hired Paris-based practitioner Sally El-Sawah<\/b> (bio<\/a>) as a partner in its flagship international arbitration and disputes practice. El-Sawah will lead the firm\u2019s international enforcement, asset tracking and debt recovery practice.
