<\/a> IPO WATCH-<\/b> NI Capital to launch bookrunner tender for HHD secondary offering next month:<\/b> State-owned investment bank NI Capital is planning to issue a tender in September to choose the bookrunner for state-owned real estate developer Heliopolis Housing and Development\u2019s (HHD) planned secondary offering on the EGX, HHD\u2019s Managing Director of Financial Affairs Sahar El-Damaty told the local press<\/a>. The company plans to sell up to 25% of its shares in the offering, 10% of which will be allocated to a private equity investor or an alliance of a private equity investor and a property developer.<\/p>\n

Background:<\/b> We previously reported<\/a> that the company called an extraordinary general assembly meeting on 26 August to vote on handing its management to a private sector partner as part of the share sale process.
