It was another quiet night for the talking heads last night. <\/strong> With Amr Adib, Sherif Amer, and Lamees El Hadidi still on their summer break, TV hosts Ahmed Moussa and Mohamed Sherdy took a look at the latest on the new administrative capital and rising cigarette prices. <\/p>\n

Is the new administrative capital included in the blackouts schedule? <\/strong>The city is lit with LEDs, which consume less energy, and 30% of the electricity supply to government buildings is powered by solar energy, new administrative capital CEO Khalid Abbas told Ala Masouleety\u2019s Ahmed Moussa.
