Heliopolis Housing and Development <\/strong> has appointed Sameh Hammouda <\/strong> (bio<\/a>) as CEO and managing director, according to an EGX disclosure (pdf)<\/a>. Hammouda previously served as the chairman and CEO of construction company Detac<\/a> after working as COO of real estate developer Roya. Hammouda is taking over from Tamer Nasser (LinkedIn<\/a>), who stepped down<\/a> from the position earlier this week.<\/p>\n

NI Capital <\/strong> has appointed Adam Shedid <\/strong> (LinkedIn<\/a>) as a new vice president for investment banking, it said in a LinkedIn post<\/a>.
