A first look at Saudi Aramco\u2019s damaged facilities:<\/b> Attacks on the Khurais and Abqaiq<\/a> oil facilities consisted of an \u201cassault\u201d by 25 different projectiles \u2014 18 drones and seven cruise missiles \u2014 Saudi Arabian officials say. Now the country has brought the international media to see the damage, part of building a body of evidence intended to show that Iran is behind the attacks, the Wall Street Journal tells us (watch, runtime: 03:12<\/a>). The video shows the damage to one of the stabilizers at Khurais after four missiles struck the plant, as well as a 2 meter hole in a sheet of metal from one of the 11 spheroids damaged at Abqaiq. The attacks wiped out half of the kingdom\u2019s oil capacity, and reduced daily global supply by 5%.<\/p>\n

The facilities may take months to repair, far longer than the 10 weeks publicly stated by the company<\/b>, sources told the WSJ<\/a>.
