Hamdok\u2019s meeting with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi and Prime Minister Moustafa Madbouly<\/b> was on Khaled Abu Bakr\u2019s radar, with the Al Hayah Al Youm host speculating that Electricity Minister Mohamed Shaker\u2019s presence at the meeting indicated \u201cpotential cooperation,\u201d but stopped short of directly pointing to the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (watch, runtime: 2:11<\/a>).
