The new projects bring the company\u2019s outstanding consolidated backlog to USD 5.1 bn as of 30 September 2019, compared to USD 4.2 bn last year.<\/p>\n

The majority of the new contracts are in Egypt\u2019s railways:<\/b> Projects in Egypt accounted for 75% of the new awards in the third quarter, led by an Orascom consortium winning the tender<\/a> to implement the monorails linking Sixth of October City to Giza and Nasr City to the new administrative capital.
