M&A WATCH- Al Taisier Group acquires 75% stake in Hassab Laboratories for <\/strong>EGP 50 mn:<\/strong><\/a><\/strong>Al Taisier Medical Holding Group<\/a>, owner of Al Taisier International Hospitals, acquired a controlling stake of more than 75% inHassab Laboratories<\/a> in a EGP 50 mn transaction, according to Al Mal<\/a>. The remaining stake is held by the founder of Hassab Laboratories, Amina Hassab, who will stay in her position as the laboratories chairman, unnamed sources told the newspaper.<\/p>\n

The move comes as part of Al Taisier group\u2019s plan to expand to expand in North Cairo<\/strong>, from its current locations in Mansoura, Sharqiya and the Suez Canal area, the sources added.
