M&A WATCH- Egypt\u2019s AMN Industrial Investment acquires 7.7% of Pachin for EGP <\/strong>38.9<\/strong> mn: <\/strong>AMN Industrial Investment has acquired 7.7% of the Paint and Chemical Industries Company (Pachin) in a EGP 38.9 mn transaction, Pachin said in a disclosure to the EGX (pdf)<\/a>. AMN bought out Pachin shareholder Helmy Abou Eita\u2019s entire 1.85 mn shares at EGP 21 per share, reports Hapi Journal<\/a>.
