MOVES-<\/strong> The board of directors of the Housing & Development Bank<\/strong> has accepted the nomination of Hassan Ghanem <\/strong>(Linkedin<\/a>) as their new chairman, <\/strong>succeeding Mohamed El Sebai, who resigned earlier this week for personal reasons, according to a bourse disclosure (pdf)<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Medhat Kamar<\/strong> (LinkedIn<\/a>) will become the chairman of the Egyptian Arab Land Bank <\/strong>until the board of directors\u2019 current term ends in September 2020, reports Al Mal<\/a>. Kamar was vice chairman, until his boss, Amr Kamal, resigned from his post<\/a> and nominated him to take the lead. A veteran banker, Kamar joined the board as vice chairman in September 2017.
