After a tiff that has them not speaking to each other, Crowley receives news that \u201csomething is up\u201d from the people \u201cupstairs\u201d \u2014 their reference to heaven. Lo and behold, minutes later, Aziraphale receives an unlikely visitor who does not know who he is, what he is, and why he has found himself before Aziraphale\u2019s bookshop door. The episodes are full of the unlikely, and likely, characters from the imaginations of Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman as they present \u201cthe up\u201d and \u201cthe down\u201d in a version that makes it hard to hate the angels and demons whose sole existence is to do their job and make sure that they file the right papers to accounts.
