The National Printing Company is close to meeting the EGX\u2019s listing requirements and will soon join the bourse via a direct listing, he said. The interview comes a week after Qalaa\u2019s energy distribution company TAQA Arabia <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/41d67e8b-4427-475c-b038-6a7b19bbba31\" style=\"\">made its debut on the EGX<\/a><\/span><span> via a direct listing. Company representatives could not be reached for comment on the interview when <\/span><span>we<\/span><span> reached out. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">Firm to file registration docs within three months<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\">:<\/span><span style=\"\">Heikal said that the company plans to submit its registration <\/span><span>documents to the EGX and the Financial Regulatory Authority by October. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">The company will then have six months to start trading. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">About the firm: <\/span><span style=\"\">National Printing Company was set up in 2006 by<\/span><span>&nbsp;Qalaa subsidiary Grandview, which currently owns c.53% of the company, according to its <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.qalaaholdings.com\/en\/printpackaging#about\" style=\"\">website<\/a><\/span><span>.
