Information about the value of the transaction wasn\u2019t made public.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">A share swap: <\/span><span>This is a share swap transaction where both companies merge to create a new entity that will retain the TFK name, co-founder and CEO of Opio <\/span><span>Shady Mokhtar<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"> told Enterprise yesterday.
