Vodacom, the South African subsidiary of Vodafone Group, <\/span><span style=\"text-decoration-skip-ink:none;-webkit-text-decoration-skip:none;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/enterprise.news\/egypt\/en\/news\/story\/a27eb556-facb-488b-909d-51f3ed0dc9b6\" style=\"\">acquired the majority stake<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\"> from its parent company last year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding:0;margin:0;line-height:1.15;orphans:2;widows:2;text-align:left\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\">The devaluation hasn\u2019t been kind to the company\u2019s valuation:<\/span><span style=\"\"> The current valuation of the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:400;\">company has been estimated to be around USD 3 bn, down from USD 5 bn before the devaluation of the EGP, Al Mal\u2019s sources claim.
